We
Believe -
- The
Bible
is the inspired Word of God,
without error in its original writing, and is the supreme authority
in all matters of faith and Christian
conduct.
- There
is one true God, Creator
of all things, Who exists eternally in three persons - Father,
Son, and
Holy Spirit.
- Jesus
Christ is the only Son of
God, who became flesh through virgin birth; died
on the cross as a sacrifice for our sins; was buried; rose again
bodily from the dead; ascended to the Father
in heaven, and is our High Priest and
Advocate.
- The
Holy Spirit's ministry is
to glorify the Lord Jesus;
indwelling in every believer to guide and to empower the believer
to godly living and services.
- Men
and women are created in the image of God
but are also fallen into sin and thus are alienated from God.
A person's restored relationship with
God and eternal life can come only by faith, based
solely on God's
grace through the shed blood of Jesus
Christ and His resurrection, and through regeneration
by the Holy Spirit.
